What happens if it rains the day of my outdoor event?

Events with 300 or less guests will be relocated inside the building, provided no other event is currently being held inside.

 

How many guests can the Venue accommodate ?

The main banquet room can hold 175 guests, with a dance area. The Chapel side room can hold 125 guests.

The outside pole barn/pavilion can hold up to 100 guests underneath.

 

Do I need an appointment to tour the Venue ?

Yes. Free Consultations and tours are by appointment only. However, we can work with you on the day and time. We will be glad to meet with you in the evening, as late as 8:00pm if needed. Once you have a consultation, you will receive an itemized print out of everything your package will contain. We will also hold the date you are interested in for one week, to give you time to compare and think things over. After a week, we would need a deposit to continue holding your date and services, otherwise it will be released for other clients to secure.

 

What services does The Front Porch offer for my event ?

We are a FULL SERVICE facility offering in house : Floral and decorating, DJ-audio/video/lighting, Catering & Cakes,

Photography & Videography, Photo Booth with props and video projection, Licensed Officiants, Wedding coordination and planning.

 

What is the cost to reserve the venue for my event date ?

50% of the Venue rental rate for your event is due to hold your date and services. Or a payment plan established.

 The total balance is due one week before your event. ( Two weeks prior for weddings )

Do you offer payment plans ?

Yes !    Payment plans are available ! We gladly offer a no interest option with only a 25% down payment, followed by equal monthly payments up until your wedding date. Just be aware that this is offered as a convenience and the monthly payments must be on time to secure your date and services;  otherwise it will be released for other clients to secure.

What if I need to cancel my wedding or event ?

Our policy for booking the venue and any of our services is a deposit of 50% of the ticket total. Once your booking fee is paid, we block

your date from other potential clients, and reserve your requested services.(ie: DJ, Photographer, Catering, event designer(decorator), etc.)

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

 This remaining balance is adjustable, based upon changes made 30 days before the event, to final guest count and menu choices.

Once booked, any services dropped within 90 days of an event, will be due in full as damages.

Because we refuse services and the date to other potential clients,

 the 50% booking fee is NON- REFUNDABLE, and tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 However, if the event is cancelled more than 90 days in advance, any amount over the 50% that has been paid would be refundable.

If it is less than 90 days until your event, then the total amount paid would be surrendered as damages.

Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.

What if I need to change my event date ?

We understand that sometimes circumstances can pop up. In the event that you have no choice but to change your event to another day; we are willing to work with you. We will allow you to change your event date ONE time to an available date. Any payments that have been made , will be applied to the new date , MINUS 20% , as a loss fee on our end for holding the original date for you.

 Also, if we are providing catering for your event, the date change must be 3 weeks before the event, to prevent an issue with food orders and waste.

Acts of Nature

 In the event of severe weather or conditions beyond our control. We will do everything in our power to prepare for your event

and have the facilty and services available for your reserved date. You will be allowed to transfer all money paid, one time, to another available date.
